6. Who receives it
Torytrans, as manufacturer, when needed to handle your technical or commercial request. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to enerq@enerq.es. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
